4/30/2023 EnchantaVaughn Approved 1.Behavior: QMHP-C greeted Client upon arrival to the home setting. Upon arrival to the home setting, Client appeared to be in a positive mood evident by her facial expressions such as a smile on the face. QMHP-C inquired about her morning. Client verbalized to QMHP-C that her morning was going well. QMHP-C informed Client that this session as going to focus anger management and decision-making skills. 2. Behavior: During second portion of the session, client was redirected by QMHP-C for displaying withdrawn behaviors as she was sucking her teeth when discussing her mothers concerns about her anger. 1.Intervention: QMHP-C began the session by inquiring about Clientâs current thoughts, feelings and emotions. QMHP-C assisted Client with identifying anger management control and respecting her mother's limitations and request. QMHP-C openly listened to Mrs. Mines-Talley give update on Client's behaviors since previous session. QMHP-C confronted the stealing and lying that she has been displaying when she do not receive immediate gratification and/or when her needs go unmet. QMHP-C talked with Client on how her behaviors can be harmful to herself and others around. 2. Intervention: QMHP-C discussed the importance of being honest about situations, and whereabouts when she leaves home without permission. QMHP-C further addressed running and leaving the home when she gets into trouble and modeled alternative measures such as talking to her mother, being honest about her behaviors, and asking for what she wants instead of taking others belongings. QMHP-C discussed understanding "no" and respectful others. 1. Response: Client appeared to be receptive to QMHP-Csâ interventions and services that were provided to her during the session. Ms. Hodge that Client stole from the house and when confronted about her behaviors she ran out of the house whereabouts unknown. However, the mother reported that Client was at a family members home in which the family member lied about Client being in her house to avoid Client getting into trouble. 2. Response: Ms. Hodge reported that the entire family went looking for Client as the family as the situation could have been tragic as the family members boyfriend pulled out a gun on her and the family as they were hiding Client in their home. Client do not realize the dangers she places herself and others in due to her behaviors.
